01 / Brief

NORVIK's technicians inspected turbines with paper checklists and phone photos, then typed everything into Excel back at the depot. Work orders arrived by email, spare-parts stock lived in a separate system, and planners had no reliable view of what had been done on which turbine. Connectivity on site was patchy at best, so any tool had to work without a signal.

02 / Solution

We built an offline-first mobile app for technicians and a web console for planners on one shared backend. Inspections, photos and signatures are captured on the device, stored locally and synced the moment a connection returns, with conflict handling the planners can understand. Work orders and parts reservations flow to the same app, so a technician sees the job, the checklist and the parts in one place. The rollout went depot by depot, with the old process kept as a fallback until each team signed off.
