01 / Brief

oslofjord. ran its crossings on seven separate tools: one for passenger bookings, another for freight, spreadsheets for crew rosters, and a shared inbox stitching it all together. The same booking was typed in three times, invoices went out late, and nobody could answer a simple question like how full Thursday's last sailing was without phoning the terminal.

02 / Solution

We built one operations platform around the sailing as the central record. Passenger and freight bookings, crew assignments and invoices all hang off the same sailing, so capacity, staffing and revenue are visible in one view. Customers book and pay online around the clock, invoices are generated when a sailing closes, and the shared inbox was retired within a month of launch.
